HOW TO USE
Outline upper and lower lips as desired. Finish by applying lipstick or gloss. Product may also be used to fill-in lips. Create a contoured look by using two liner shades. Outline and fill edges of lips with a darker shade. Then fill center of lips with a lighter shade resulting in a fuller appearance.
