Directions & Precautions


HOW TO USE
Apply eyeliner at the base of upper lashes. Use pointed tip to create precise lines or line sideways for thick dramatic strokes. For best results keep cap tightly closed to avoid pen from drying out. The black pen is ideally stored horizontally and all other colors are best stored tip down.
